The Croft Practice

I had a bad experience this week trying to book an appointment. The receptionist was very abrupt. Unable to book an appointment until next week - well after my fit note runs out. I was told to discuss with my employer! Requested 2 prescriptions but told they would be available over the counter. Not happy as I have PPC.

Helpful receptionists, kind GP, very Informative and took their time. Would highly recommend the surgery and looking forward to their new build offering extra parking and more facilities.

Everytime I need to see a Doctor at this surgery, I become more and more impressed with the service and how my medical issues are being handled. I have a lot of problems at the moment, on and off. I have recently seen Dr Panhwer and he is fantastic. He is helping me so much. He wants to help me. All the doctors I've seen have been fantastic. Sometimes the appointment system is a little up and down, the way things are filtered are not always top notch but they are absolutely worth keeping on with.

I am very impressed with the service and care I have received at all times either on the phone or in person at either surgery over the last 18 years. I am almost an octogenarian and cannot thank them enough. Keep up the good work.
